Northrop set a railroad spike in place of the nail. <br /> May 14, 1979 -Arden Sandsnes found a railroad spike. Sandsnes also found the concrete monument as set <br /> by Philip H. Hintze, Dated 1912, and recorded in Vol. 5, Page 6 of Plats and placed and aluminum monument <br /> at the surface. The railroad spike was taken out during digging and replaced with a 1" Iron Pipe in the same <br /> location. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
