April 24, 1965 -An unnamed tie sheet shows a nail in the pavement centerline set by the use of aerial photographs and reconstruction of old notes. September 27, 1976 -Glen Northrop located a PK nail from an existing dossier sheet in County Surveyor's office. Northrop set a railroad spike in place of the nail. May 14, 1979 -Arden Sandsnes found a railroad spike. Sandsnes also found the concrete monument as set by Philip H. Hintze, Dated 1912, and recorded in Vol. 5, Page 6 of Plats and placed and aluminum monument at the surface. The railroad spike was taken out during digging and replaced with a 1" Iron Pipe in the same location. (j) I, Kevin C.
