The Railroad Spike set by <br /> Birrenkott measured well to the adjacent corners and to the other railroad spike set by Weir. The Railroad <br /> Spike set by Birrenkott also measured better with the Wheeler Cemetery Plat based on the legal description of <br /> the plat. The location of the Railroad Spike as set by Birrenkott was accepted as the section corner based on <br /> verification of the adjacent section corners and the being used in recent surveys and the legal of the original <br /> cemetery plat.
