August 3, 1973 -George Weir set a Railroad Spike showing at the centerline intersection of Leslie Road and Tower Road. September 30, 1996 - Daniel Birrenkott found a railroad spike at the intersection of Tower Drive and Leslie Road as per the Weir tie sheet dated 8-3-73. This position however does not agree with the occupation fence line from the east side of the cemetery to the East 1/4 corner. By placing the new West 1/4 corner or Section 24, 24.75 feet south of its present location it would agree with the above described fence and also match the east-west fence along the north line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4. It would also be more equidistant to the Northwest corner and the Southwest corner of the section. (j) I, Kevin C.
