This pit will include about 30 acres of land , subject to final survey. <br /> To this purpose Mr. Yelk proposes to Rezone this subject land and obtain a <br /> Conditional Use Permit -for Mineral ':Extractien . <br /> In accordance with the RECLAIMATION PLAN that I have prepared and submitted with <br /> this letter more than half of the proposed excavation shall be made below the finale. <br /> grade. It is proposed that Wolf Paving and Excavation Co. , Inc . shall back fill these <br /> excavations with excess soils from its various job sites throughout the area.
