The deed restriction must also run in favor of the County. <br /> 2) . Amendment of removal of the restrictions must follow the same pro- <br /> cedure as the rezone eg: application, public hearing, approval by Town and <br /> County. <br /> The enclosed deed restriction document complies with the Ordinance and should <br /> be filed as a corrected document. <br /> Recording must be done by July 17, 1990 or the rezone will be null and void. <br /> Sorry for the short notice. <br /> Enclosure: <br />
