At the same meeting of the Dane County Board on July <br /> 5, 1990, the Board approved 19 petitions for rezoning from A-1 <br /> Exclusive Agriculture to various other classifications which would <br /> permit the same identical use as plaintiff' s proposed rezoning <br /> would ; i .e . , the construction of single family homes in accordance <br /> with the provisions of their respective zoning classifications ; to <br /> wit : <br /> a) Two petitions from A-1 , Ex . Agriculture to RH-3 , <br /> Residential district ( the identical rezoning requested <br /> by plaintiff) . <br /> b) Two petitions from A-1 Ex . Agricultural to RH-2 Rural <br /> Homes district . <br /> c) Three petitions from A-i Ex . Agriculture to R-1 of R1-A. <br /> d) One petition from A-1 Residential district . <br /> e) One petition from A-1 Ex . Agricultural to RH-4 Rural <br /> Homes district <br /> f) Seven petitions from A-1 Ex . Agricultural to RH-1 . <br /> g) Two petitions from A-1 Ex . Agricultural to R-H 3 <br /> Residential, . <br /> h) Two petitions from A-1 Ex . Agricultural to RH-2 Rural <br /> Homes district . <br /> The Dane County Board also approved a petition to change one <br /> parcel from A-1, Exclusive Agriculture to C-2 Commercial . <br /> 9 . The action of the Dane County Board in approving the <br /> aforesaid petitions for rezoning of 19 parcels of land from A-1 <br /> Exclusive Agriculture to classifications which permit the <br /> construction of single family homes , while denying the plaintiff' s <br /> petition for a similar zoning classification without adequate <br /> 3 <br />
