Below is an email I sent to the WDNR this <br /> morning after talking with Eric Heggelund. We still have a very good opportunity to verify that the wetland <br /> line has or has not shifted for this site because there is little or no ground frost to speak of and site <br /> vegetation is quite identifiable. Once I hear from Eric and Cami that we are a go for next Tuesday I would <br /> expect we would be there some time around 10:00 a.m. to take advantage of the maximum lighting of the <br /> day; this gives us the best view of soils which is necessary to obtain the correct Munsell color <br /> determination. <br /> I have attached the current shoreland-wetland map for the site with the approximate 1998 wetland line <br /> (yellow) added for comparison. <br /> It would be great if we could reach concurrence on Tuesday in the field followed by County issuance of <br /> the Conditional Use Permit, assuming all is well with the site where the project and County restrictions are <br /> concerned, by the end of the day or at the latest early next week. <br /> Please feel free to give me a call at 920/885-9424 if you have any questions. <br /> 1/28/2009 <br />
