Finished floor elevations were not provided. Unable to determine relative elevation of FF <br /> compared to road. <br /> 2. Grading from driveways to rear lots in between the units needs to be examined in <br /> coordination with the landscape plans. There is four to five feet of fall that has retaining <br /> • walls in the vicinities of the structures but do not continue across sideyards. <br /> Streets and Roads: <br /> 1. Relocation of ADA crossing for driveway will require reconfiguration of ramp across the <br /> street. <br /> Utility Services: <br /> 1. Only two service connections for water and sewer exist for Lot 11. The developer will be <br /> required to install additional service laterals with associated street repairs as required. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. We recommend that the plans be approved once the following conditions have been met: <br /> a. The applicant provides plans showing how the buildings will be served and <br /> metered for water and sewer. <br /> b.
