TOWN OF DUNN - 4156 COUNTY ROAD B, McFARLAND, WI 53558 Phone: (608) 255-4219
Website: www.town.dunn.wi.us Fax: (608) 835-5700
E-mail: townhall@town.dunn.wi.us
November 19, 2002
Dane County Planning & Development
Room 116 City -County Bldg
210 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
Madison, W1 53709
Re: BOA Application 3223
Kegonsa Boulevard vacation variances
Center Avenue vacation variances
Gentlemen/Ladies:
NOV
21 200Z i
F% ""i IT
The Town of Dunn is requesting to amend BOA application 3223 to include a variance on
behalf of the owner of lot 6, Block 1 First Addition to Waubesa Beach (Barbara Ricker). The
town vacated the platted Center Avenue thereby giving 15 feet to Barbara Ricker and 15 feet
to Dane County Parks who own the lot to the south. These lots were platted in 1909 and are
non -conforming in lot width and area for lakeshore lots.
This is an improvement to the previous conditions and brings these lots closer to compliance
with the current standards. Enclosed is a copy of the recorded Town Board action, which
vacated the road pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 66.1003.
Sincerely,
Rosalind Gausman
Clerk Treasurer
Enc.
cc: Barbara Ricker
