<br /> 2. Automobile repair sh vs, automobile wrecking, the selling of used autombile parts, junk
<br /> yards.
<br /> 3. Coal and lumber yards, contractors' storage yards and shed, and the storage of machinery •?
<br /> and equipment used in a business not permitted in this district.
<br /> 4: Warehouses and truck terminals, except warehouses accessory to a ret.Al business con-
<br /> ducted on the premises.
<br /> 5. Woodworking or machine shops, sheet metal or tin shops,furnace works and the like.
<br /> 6. Commercial production of eggs, chicken hatcheries, commercial fattening of stock and _`
<br /> poultry for market.
<br /> 7. Slaughter houses, including the .sldughtering of poultry, except as incidental to retail
<br /> sale. i
<br /> 8. Dog kennels, for the breeding, raising, sale or boarding of dogs; veterinary hospitals.
<br /> (d) Amusement places, except roller skating rinks and shooting galleries, provided, however, ;
<br /> that for go-cart driving courses, kiddie rides and snmilar amusement concessions, the zoning
<br /> ;t
<br /> committee, after public hearing, shall determine that the proposed site is suitable for such use.
<br /> (e) Tourist and trailer camps, motels, service stations, funeral parlors and the drive-in type
<br /> of root beer and eating stands; provided that the zoning committee, after public hearing, shall
<br /> determine that the proposed site is suitable for the intended use.
<br /> (f) Any processing or treatment incidental to the conduct of a retail business conducted on
<br /> the premises, such as grinding, mixing, packaging, but not includingthe manufacture of the
<br /> article sold.
<br /> (g) Signs, billboards and other advertising media advertising the business conducted or goods
<br /> for sale on the premises on which the sign is located; directory signs.
<br /> (h) Outdoor theaters; provided that the zoning committee, after public hearing, shall report
<br /> to the county board with its recommendations, and the county board shall determine that the
<br /> proposed site is suitaxie for the intended use.
<br /> (2) Building Height Limit.
<br /> (a) Buildings hereafter erected or structurally altered or moved shall not exceed thirty-five
<br /> (35) feet or two and one-half (21/z) stories in height.
<br /> (3) Area, Frontage and Popuhation Density Regulations.
<br /> (a) For buildings or sites to beused exclusively for business purposes, n minimum lot ~.
<br /> width or area limitations. No such building shall occupy in excess of sixty (60) per cent of the
<br /> area of an interior or corner lot.
<br /> (b) Lots or sites for residential purposes, either for single or multiple family dwellings, or
<br /> for combined residential and business purposes, shall provide a minimum width of sixty (60)
<br /> feet and a minimum area of seven thousand two hundred (7,200) square feet; provided, however, ,
<br /> that for multiple family dwellings, or for buildings combining business uses with accomodations
<br /> for more than one family, the minimum lot area shall be three thousand (3,000) square feet per <<:
<br /> family.
