B-1_ Local Business District Section 10.11 A-1 Agricultural District Section 10.12 (c) Buildings to be used for combined business and residential purposes shallac.cupy not more than sixty (60) per 'cent of the the area of either an interior or corner lot; provided, however, that the portion of the building used for residential purposes, whether on the same floor as the business part of the building, or wholly or partially on an u per flq or, shall occupy not more than forty (40) per cent of the lot area. (4) Setback Requirements. (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall comply with the provisions of Section 10.17. (5) Side Yard Requirements. (a) For buildings to be used exclusively for business purposes no side yard shall be required on interior lots. On corner lots the side yard facing the side street shall comply with the re- quirements of Section 10.16 (5)(b). (b) For residential buildings, or buildings to be used for combines residential and business purposes, the side yards shall be the same as in the R-4 Residence District. f6) Rear Yard Requirements. (a)' For buildings to be used exclusively for business purposes the minimum depth of any rear yard shall be ten 1(0) feet. (b) For residential buildings, or buildings combining residential and business uses, the minimum depth of any rear yard shall be twenty-five (25) feet. ('7) Off-street Parking. (a) Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordnace with the provisions of Section Section 10.18. 1 0.12 A-1 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (1) Uses Permitted. (a) All uses permitted in the RH-1 Rural Homes District. (b) All types of agriculture, horticluture and general farming, including dairying, live stock and poultry raising, kennels,fur farms, nurseries, green houses and similar enterprises and uses.
