5. Although the acre in question is zoned agricultural only about half of it <br /> has ever been tilled. The other half is either woods, road (county highway K) <br /> or land not suitable for farming. My brother-in-law has retired from farming <br /> and rents out his farmland. (His renter does not pay for the use of this acre <br /> because of the low productivity) . <br /> 6. Another reason I want to build is that my brother-in-law's health is <br /> very poor.
