ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4829 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the A-2 (8) <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4829/864: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 21 and SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of <br /> Vermont described as follows: Beginning 430 feet West of the Northeast corner <br /> of the said Section 21; thence N 58° West 1038 feet more or less; thence South <br /> 550 feet more or less; thence S 10° West 1060 feet more or less; thence <br /> Northeasterly along the centerline of CTH JJ 1250 feet more or less; thence <br /> North 540 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> /V' <br /> EFFECTIVE: NOV 3 0 1990 <br />
