Three of the reference ties as established by Schaut <br /> were recovered and checked well however one of the points had the cap removed and was bent slightly. The <br /> monument falls very close to being online between the South 1/4 corner of Section 23 and the South 1/4 <br /> corner of Section 24 however the distance to the South 1/4 corner of Section 23 is 2712.30'and the distance <br /> to the South 1/4 corner of Section 24 is 2677.38' and not a split as shown it was set as originally. The location <br /> of the Aluminum Monument was accepted as verified by the existing reference ties.
