August 23, 1989- Richard Schaut had researched, traversed and analyzed the location of existing section corners and property lines in Sections 20 through 24 and believed that the existing monument locations cannot be reliably retraced to the original corner locations. This corner should be replaced by establishing the mean of the points established by double proportioning between the adjacent section corners. This cannot be used because of the large are between the projections of the E-W 1/4 lines and the absence of a reliable location for the East 1/4 corner of Section 26. This corner was placed at the midpoint of a line connecting the North 1/4 corner of Section 26 and the North 1/4 corner of Section 25. (j) I, Kevin C.
