I <br /> In an effort to become a long-term contributing community member, ORBITEC has <br /> reached out to the surrounding neighbors and town government regarding its intent to <br /> utilize a small portion of the Property as experimental design space. We are currently <br /> ' participating in the rezoning process with the Town of Vermont Planning Commission. <br /> The Town of Vermont has requested a detailed description of the site layout, proposed <br /> testing regimes and the environmental impacts of said testing. ORBITEC can now <br /> confidently provide a detailed design and programmatic narrative of the proposed use of <br /> 9 P 9 P p <br /> the property as an experimental design space for green/non-toxic space engine <br /> development and qualification. Note that all testing is static, fixed to the ground; there will <br /> not be .flight testing. <br /> 9 <br /> Si te Layout <br /> (Reference Exhibit A) <br /> Figure 1 of Exhibit A shows an aerial overlay of the proposed site plan. <br /> Figure 2 of Exhibit A shows the legal descriptions of the parcels constituting the entire <br /> property and the surrounding contiguous neighboring parcels. <br /> ' Figure 3 of Exhibit A shows the distances to the nearest inhabitable buildings, town roads <br /> and county roads. <br /> IFigure 4 of Exhibit A shows a topographical overlay of the site plan detailing the elevation <br /> as it corresponds to structure location <br /> Figure 5 of Exhibit A shows the proposed —22 acre portion of the property that is being <br /> requested to be rezoned from Ag-1(EX) to Commercial 1. A precise survey will be <br /> performed for recording purposes and that map will be provided to both the Town of <br /> Vermont Board/Planning Commission and the County Zoning and Land Use Regulation <br /> Board well before at least 3 weeks prior to 7/26/16. <br /> Figure 6 of Exhibit A shows an aerial 3D overlay of the test campus in order to show the <br /> aesthetic preservation objectives of both ORBITEC and Cedar Hill. <br /> 1 <br /> Page 6 of 18 <br />
