M)9 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> DUNN <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies S Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 17 , Town of Dunn , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-4 Residential District. <br /> Pet. #4809 : <br /> Part of the NE 1 /4 NW 1 /4 of Section 17 , Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Lot #1 , CSM 1670 found in Volume 7 , Page 21 of Certified Survey Maps Dane <br /> County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> The amendment will be effective, if within 90 days its adoption by the County <br /> Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Baord as well as the owners of the land: <br /> Use of the property shall be restricted as follows: <br /> a) . The land shall contain not more than fourteen (14) detached single <br /> family dwellings being buildings each designed for and occupied <br /> exclusively as a residence for one (1 ) family. <br /> b). For each detached single family dwelling there shall be not more than <br /> one (1 ) accessory building upon the land to be used for the storage of <br /> personal property and recreational equipment belonging to the members of <br /> said owner, who owns the dwelling associated with the accessory building. <br /> c). Each detached single family dwelling shall contain not more than two <br /> (2) floors and each floor shall not exceed 1 ,000 square feet.
