(copy attached) <br /> This does require an exception to the town Land Use Plan. <br /> The town feels this is a unique situation because there exists a <br /> nonconforming grandfathered use of fourteen cottages on this <br /> property. The property owner was required to make sanitary sewer <br /> available. The town approved the sewer line extension to make <br /> the necessary improvements in the property.
