We would like to be able to <br /> enjoy it for many, many more years. In fact, ,the bylaws of Watercress <br /> Park are so written that we will not even allow a unit to be rented or <br /> leased out. They are only for our private use. <br /> This rezoning request is in no way an attempt on our part to expand <br /> the park beyond the present 14 units. Nor is it an attempt to expand the <br /> units to such an extent that would be harmful to the Town of Dunn. The <br /> reason for this request is for us to be able to bring our dwellings up <br /> to code and rebuild them in a reasonable fashion in accordance with Dane <br /> County and the Town of Dunn. <br /> • I <br />
