Mike <br /> Cassidy explained the necessary process to discontinue a Town <br /> road. <br /> The Culvert on Woods Road was discussed. Jeff Smith <br /> stated that a culvert which is now on Gaston Road which has <br /> to be removed would be satisfactory for use on Woods Road. A <br /> shorter piece would be required to complete the job on Woods <br /> Road. A motion was made by ES/SK to rescind the culvert <br /> action of two weeks ago and wait with the installation of the <br /> new culvert. Motion carried. <br /> The culvert extension on Deerfield Road was discussed. A <br /> motion was made by ES/RG to hire Jim Swiggim to extend the <br /> culvert for the quoted price of $400 . 00 . Motion carried. <br /> A culvert on Gaston Road was discussed. A motion was made <br /> by SK/TN to replace the 18 inch culvert with a 21 inch <br /> culvert Motion carried. <br /> Jeff reported to the Board that the Door Creek Culvert on <br /> Vilas-Hope Road is to short and will need extending to keep <br /> the road from washing out. A motion was made by ES/TN to add <br /> six to eight feet to the existing culvert . Motion carried. <br /> The Treasurers report and due bills were reviewed.
