Vacation cont. <br /> full-time work the employee ' s will receive two week' s vacation, <br /> after five years, a three week vacation. Part-time employee ' s <br /> after one year will receive three days vacation , after <br /> three years each part-time employee will receive one week ' s <br /> vacation. <br /> Sick Leave & Leave of Absence <br /> This day care will not cover sick days and only a leave <br /> of adsence will be covered if the illness or reason for <br /> leaving is an emergency. <br /> Salary Range : Probationary period: Performance Evaluation <br /> All salaries commensurate with other local day care centers <br /> in the given area . Each employee will be on a 30 day trial <br /> period, after the trial period each employee will be evaluated <br /> and a merit raise will be given to those who have shown <br /> just cause to receive such a raise. All employee ' s will <br /> be evaluated on a 6 month basis and receive a written evaluation. <br /> Grievance Procedure : Disciplinary Process <br /> There will be monthly news letters to all parents and employee ' s <br /> to keep all informed of improvements within the day care. <br /> There will also be a mini meeting at the beginning of each <br /> shift to bring all employee ' s up to date of any on going <br /> changes in the day care daily. Each month there will be <br /> a general meeting for all employee ' s (this is to let each <br /> other know of changes in children ' s habits) , and to solve <br /> any problems at that time.
