In-service training <br /> Each employee will be kept up to date on the amount of <br /> training needed to maintain their job title. If training <br /> requires employee to take an outside class the day care <br /> will pay for the schooling required. Each employee must <br /> fill out an application for employment at this day care. <br /> I.f a prior record of any kind of abuse the employee must <br /> submit a record of counseling completed before employment <br /> can take place. Each employee will receive the required <br /> amount of training to work in this day care in order to <br /> maintain the quality day care we now can provide. A 30-day <br /> training period followed by a 30-day trial period will be <br /> required by each employee. All wages will be paid on a 6h@ <br /> week basis . Wages will follow one week behind as employee ' s <br /> are hired . A time card will be used for each employee to <br /> record their time daily. <br /> Orientation of new staff <br /> Each new employee will receive a 30 minute tape on the <br /> policies and procedures of this day care. A tour of the <br /> day care will follow, with the trial training period. <br />
