The owner of the fee title to the property is: <br /> Schoep's Ice Cream Co. , Inc. <br /> 514 Division Street <br /> Madison, WI 53704 <br /> 3 . Applicant is Wisconsin Conference of the United Church <br /> of Christ whose address is given at the top of this application. <br /> Applicant holds an accepted offer to purchase the property from <br /> Schoep's. <br /> 4 . Applicant applies to rezone the entire Land to B-1, and <br /> to obtain a conditional use permit to allow construction and <br /> operation of a conference center on the Land. The western half <br /> of the Land is already zoned B-1. <br /> 5. The parcel numbers of the Land are: <br /> 34-0910-292-8501-7 <br /> 34-0910-292-8590-0 <br /> 6. Applicant's time schedule for development of the Land <br /> is that Applicant plans to close the purchase of the Land in <br /> October 1990 and to construct the conference center within the <br /> next two to three years. <br />
