Narrative describing the proposed project <br /> Kieran and Isabel Montgomery purchased Lot 60 of Colladay Point and are planning to build a <br /> new house. The lot is located at 2187 Colladay Point Drive Stoughton,WI. The lot is within 300 <br /> feet of Lake Kegonsa and is thus subject to Shoreland Zoning and Shoreland Erosion Control <br /> Permits. Because there is more than 15% but less than 30% impervious cover within the 300' <br /> setback, a Shoreland Mitigation Permit is also needed. A bioretention facility will provide the <br /> required stormwater management treatment. <br /> 2. Site Plan <br /> See Sheet 1 attached to the ECSWM memo. <br /> 3. Contours <br /> Existing and proposed contours are shown on Sheet 2,Grading and Erosion Control Plan. <br /> 4. Direction of runoff flow from impervious surfaces <br /> Runoff from the impervious surfaces will be directed to the extent practicable easterly to the <br /> proposed bioretention facility. <br /> 9.
