PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 2.1_+ Town of Sun Prairies . Dane County, Wisconsin, from the RH-2 Rural Homes / A-1E)c. Aaricultire District to the RH-1 Rural Homes District. Pet. #4906: Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 24, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: That portion of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #5295 beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot #1; thence S 00° 45 ' 00" West, 450.00 feet; thence N 41° 00' 00" East, 180.00 feet; thence S 49° 00' 00" East, 120.00 feet; thence S 41° 00' 00" West, 180.00 feet; thence S 74° 21' 01" East, 176.67 feet to a point in the centerline of CTH TT; thence with said centerline along the arc of a curve deflecting to the left, said curve having a radius of 2864.92 feet, a central angle of 01° 52' 02", and a chord which bears N 39° 16' 36" East, 93.36 feet to the point of tangency of said curve; thence continuing along said centerline N 38° 20' 35" East, 653.42 feet to the Eastern most corner of the aforesaid Lot #1; thence leaving said centerline an running with the North line thereof, S 89° 19' 47" West, 719.31 feet to the point of beginning. Also, Part of Lot #3 of Certified Survey Map #2343 as recorded on pages 207 and 208 of Volume 9 in the Dane County Register of Deeds Office. Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot #3; thence S 00° 43' 24" East 620.0 feet; thence N 89° 26' 36" East 132.22 feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of CTH TT; thence Northeasterly along said right-of-way line 200 feet more or less; thence N 45° West 120 feet; thence N 45° East 180 feet; thence S 45° East 120 feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way of CTH TT; thence Northeasterly along said right-of-way line 300 feet more or less; thence N 45° 16' 20" West 242.95 feet; thence S 89° 16' 36" West 442.67 feet to the point of the beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
