UNTIL 8:30 P.M. <br /> ON 11-13-90. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE SECRETARY AT THE MEETING SHE <br /> INDICATED THE COUNTY HAD MOVED THEIR MEETING TO ANOTHER ROOM (ROOM <br /> 2E) . ( THE NOTICE FOR THE ROOM RELOCATION WAS VERY SMALL AND WAS HARD <br /> TO LOCATE WITH THE LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE MOVING IN AND OUT OF ROOM <br /> 201 ) . <br /> AFTER GOING TO ROOM 2E ITEM # 8 HAD ALREADY BEEN ADDRESSED AND ITEM # <br /> 14 WAS BEING DISCUSSED. NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT HAVE THE <br /> OPPORTUNITY TO OPPOSE THE PETITION FOR VARIANCE. <br /> I AM WRITING AT THIS TIME TO OPPOSE THE REZONING OF THESE PROPERTIES. <br /> MY WIFE AND I OWN THE PROPERTY BETWEEN THESE PARCELS AND HAVE A SHARED <br /> DRIVEWAY WITH HAL BURDEKIN AND ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL,WHOM I HAVE NOT MET <br />^ AND WHO OWNS THE PROPERTY DESIGNATED RH-1 ON THE SITE PLAN (ATTACHED) . <br /> I HAVE NOT MET THE MAN BECAUSE HAL HAD RECENTLY HAD HIS PARCEL REZONED <br /> (WITHIN 1 1/2 YEARS) AND SOLD THE PORTION DESIGNATED RH-1 . THIS <br /> INDIVIDUAL HAS NOT HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD. <br />, <br /> THE FOLLOWING ARE REASONS FOR MY OPPOSITION: <br /> 1 . AT PRESENT THE DRIVEWAY EXITING ON TO HWY TT IS SHARED BY 3 <br /> FAMILIES. I BELIEVE SOON TO BE 4 FAMILIES. WITH THE ADDITION OF TWO <br /> MORE FAMILIES ( IF REZONED) I BELIEVE THIS WOULD BE HAZARDOUS FOR <br /> EXITING ON AND OFF HWY IT THIS HWY IS VERY HEAVILY TRAVELED. <br /> 2. THE PRESENT USE OF THIS LAND IS FOR FARMING. I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS <br /> PROPERTY SHOULD BE REZONED TO ALLOW MORE HOUSING WITHIN A SMALL AREA <br />� THAT IS MILES FROM ANY TOWN. AREN' T THERE REGULATIONS ON THE SIZE OF <br /> PROPERTY FOR BUILDING IN THE COUNTRY? THAT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING 4 <br /> YEARS AGO WHEN WE PURCHASED OUR 10 ACRES FROM HAL. <br /> DON' T ALLOW THIS REZONING TO HAPPEN ! <br /> 4;' <br /> IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OF MY WIFE OR MYSELF.
