Obi PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF MEDINA TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section s , Town of Medina , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the C-1 Commercial District. Pet. #4907/885: Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Medina described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 5, thence S 86° 23' 49" West, 1325.80 feet to the Southwest corner of said 1/4 1/4, thence North along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 580 more or less feet to the North right-of-way of railroad lands, also being the point of beginning; thence continue North along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 247.50 feet; thence S 88° East parallel with the North right-of-way of said railroad lands, 528.0 feet; thence South 247.50 feet to the North right-of-way of aid railroads lands; thence N 88° West, along the North right-of-way of said railroad lands, 528.0 feet to the point of beginnig. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
