TOWN OF MAZOMANIE <br /> MAZOMANIE, WISCONSIN 5=560 ja; 141990 <br /> Minutes of the Land Flan Committee <br /> November 1,2, 1990 <br /> 26p, <br /> Present: Tei teen , Viste, Herb , Hodgson , Good , Schafer- , and clerk <br /> Roxanne Jordan. <br /> Chairman Fred Teitgen called the meeting to order. There were no <br /> corrections to the minutes of the September 24, 1990 Land Plan <br /> Committee Meeting. <br /> Teitoen commended committee members for their efforts in the Town <br /> clean up day held in October. <br /> Zoning Petition *4922 a request by David Rickey to rezone a <br /> parcel on Amenda Road was approved in a motion by Herb and <br /> ' _. a Carried. (Same request as presented in <br /> seconded by 4i t_. - p <br /> September- , Rickey missed the county hearing,-) <br /> Zoning petition #4928 a request by Fuch 's Inc. to remove lands <br /> from a wetlands classification for parking was reaffirmed in ., <br /> motion by Schafer and seconded by Herb. Carried. (Same request <br /> as Fuch 's Inc. has been trying to receive for a year) <br /> The certified survey map for Fred Henkel was revi.ewed. There <br /> were no objections. Tei tgen noted for the record that the map <br /> was received. <br /> Joe Mahlin appeared regarding the three foot strip of property <br /> Joy Schoeneman deeded over to the town when he developed the <br /> Evergreen Acres subdivision. Mahlin was inquiring as to whether <br /> a driveway could be built crossing that strip. The committee <br /> gave approval for a culvert permit and dri vewe.y in a motion by <br /> Herb and seconded by Viete. Carried. (Norb Scribner of Dane <br /> County Zoning considers the three foot strip an extention of the <br /> road right-of-way. ) <br /> Zoning Petition #4925 a request by Burton Kreitlow to rezone his <br /> property off from CTH K.F : nto 4 Na.r-c•rls. Candy Haferman <br /> represented her father at the meeting. In June, Haferman met <br /> with the land plan committee regarding the possibility of her <br /> building on part of her father 's land. At that time the <br /> committee saw no problem with this and informed her on how to <br /> proceed as it only involved one dwelling. The petition at Dane <br /> County involves dividing the property into 4 lots. Haferman <br /> stated her Father wanted to divide the parcel differently than <br /> she i nteneded and to eventually give a parcel to each of his two <br /> _ - � a - to build on lot 3 as shown on the <br /> erar+dd._�+_ign��t.t_r--.
