/ <br /> ^ ' <br /> � " . <br /> TOWN OF MAZOMANIE <br /> MAZOMANIE, WISCONSIN 53560 <br /> Minutes of the February 21 , 1991 Town Board Meeting <br /> Present: Chairman Ronald Adler , Supervisors Donald Wallace and <br /> Fred Wolf , Clerk Roxanne Jordan <br /> Public: Debra Shimon , Dennis Schafer <br /> The meeting was called to order by Adler and proof of posting was <br /> given. <br /> Discussion was held on the amended proposal for Zoning Petition <br /> #4925 submitted by Burton Kreitlow to the Land Plan Committee <br /> January 28, 1991 . The amended proposal calls to divide the land <br /> into two lots. One lot approximately 4 acres in size and the 2nd <br /> lot approximately 19 acres in size. No one was present to <br /> represent the KreitIow's. The board questioned the way the lots <br /> were divided on the parcel and what the requested zoning <br /> classifications were as none were indicated on the map. The <br /> public attending also had some concerns over the land divisions. <br /> After discussion , a motion was made by Wallace to table the <br /> petition due to not enough information and lack of representation <br /> by the Kreitlow party to answer concerns by the board regarding <br /> the division of the property and driveway entrances. The motion <br /> also includes a request by the board that Kreitlow or a <br /> representative appear at the March 12, 1991 board meeting to <br /> discuss the proposal for information and to work out the <br /> differences prior to review by the Land Plan Committee. The <br /> motion was seconded by Wolf . The motion carried in a voice vote. <br /> Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br /> The board authorized the clerk to spend up to $15. 00 to purchase <br /> a printer conversion kit for the Microsoft Works program in a <br /> motion by Wallace and seconded by Adler. <br /> The meeting was adjourned in a motion by Wolf and seconded by <br /> Wallace. <br /> Adjourned. <br /> Roxanne Jordan , Clerk <br />
