The board then approved zoning petition per the revised <br /> map dated February 25, 1991 and submitted by surveyor , David <br /> each parcel to be zoned RH-3. The <br /> Cheney. The new proposal <br /> divides the parcel into a northern parcel of approximately 8 <br /> acres and a southern parcel of approximately 15 acres, both <br /> to be zoned RH-3. A motion to rescind the town board veto <br /> of zoning petition #4925 from the December 11 , 1990 town <br /> board meeting was made by Wallace and seconded by Wolf . <br /> Ayes 3, Nays 0. A motion to approve petition #4925 per exhibit map revision dated February 25, 1991 with each <br /> � d RH 3 and final approval to be given <br /> parcel to be zoned - <br /> - itt at the March 25 <br /> parcel <br /> approval by the land plan committee a 25, <br /> pending Land Plan Committee meeting was made by Wallace and <br /> seconded by Wolf .
