Based on these factors, the City of Sun Prairie does not oppose the <br /> requested rezoning. However, the City wishes to make clear its desire to <br /> limit the creation of additional residential lots out of the acreage <br /> parcel and will oppose further requests for rezonings and land divisions <br /> on said property.
