Restoration plan <br /> Edward Kraemer and Sons, Inc. holds a five year lease on <br /> this property and will be solely responsible for the <br /> operation and restoration. The development and operation <br /> of the expanded pit areas includes stripping and saving <br /> the existing topsoil. Upon completion of the projects the <br /> expanded pit area and the existing pit will be restored <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> All banks will have 3:1 slopes. <br /> Topsoil will be placed back on the slopes. <br /> Restored areas to be seeded. <br /> No equipment or stockpiles will remain on <br /> the site. <br /> The attached site plan documents, detail the location and pro- <br /> posed operating plan of the pit. Edward Kraemer and Sons, Inc. will <br /> submit a complete survey map of the existing contours and the proposed <br /> final contours prior to the March 14, 1989 zoning hearing. <br />
