The town of Middleton board & <br /> plan commission has approved our request and their was no <br /> public opposition at the May 9th hearing. The specific <br /> comments written by the R.P.C. are valid, however, the <br /> amount of buildable land left after 4-lane highway, <br /> utilities, front & side yard setbacks is only approx. l/2 <br /> acre and most of the 1/2 acre is going to be parking lot . <br /> The highest and best use for this parcel (which will be <br /> office/ warehouse) is to utilize the land for an attractive, <br /> tax producing, piece of real estate which will also screen <br /> from view, the blacktop plant & Ready Mix plant located <br /> behind this parcel .
