See Exhibit "A" Attached. <br /> The parcel of land to be rezoned is part of a larger parcel known <br /> as P.N. 19-01-92. 4 . <br /> The proposed use of the property to be rezoned will be office/ <br /> warehouse/manufacturing. The time schedule for development would <br /> be to start construction the summer of 1989. Land within 300 ft. <br /> to the East is zoned M-1 and is currently vacant land. 300 ft. <br /> North is zoned M-1 and consists of a blacktop plant and ready- <br /> mix plant. 300 ft. West is zoned M-1 and is currently office/ <br /> warehousing. 300 ft. South and across U. S. Hwy. 14 is zoned C-2 <br /> and used for outdoor storage of vehicles, boats, and campers. <br /> The size in sq. ft. of the area to be rezoned is 91 , 861 seq. ft. <br /> this small piece of land was inadvertently left out of M-1 zoning <br /> in past petitions.
