The Town Engineer found these all to be <br /> suitable to serve the site . <br /> 6 ) The Town' s conditional use conforms to all applicable <br /> regulations of the District . <br /> The Town of Middleton has just , at special meeting, presented <br /> the development of this area to its citizens for special <br /> consideration . By a 2 to 1 vote, the Town Board was authorized to <br /> purchase the subject site for the new Town Hall and central park <br /> and to construct a new Town Hall/Park facility on this site. These <br /> issues have all been debated before the Town of Middleton at <br /> neighborhood meetings , Town Board meetings , and special public <br /> hearings so that everyone could be heard.
