<br /> SITE CHARACTERISTICS MASTER PLAN
<br /> The site is relatively flat in the center which lends The Master Plan incorporates a site for the proposed
<br /> itself to the playfields. new Town Hall which may also house the Sheriff's
<br /> Department West Precinct.
<br /> The western portion of the site varies in elevation
<br /> and supports a natural development of wooded, picnic, The Plan contains various park and recreational uses
<br /> wetland and prairie areas. which were identified by Town Residents as desirable
<br /> for a Community Park in a survey previously conducted.
<br /> The sloping northeast corner of the site is ideal for
<br /> the two story Town Hall and allows grade level While initially, only the Town Hall and those park
<br /> entrances to both floors. and recreational uses which can be provided within
<br /> the budget available will be built, the Plan does
<br /> Access to the Town Hall and parking is provided from provide a long range plan for a town wide facility
<br /> both Old Sauk Road and Pioneer Road. that will serve the needs of it's residents. As
<br /> additional funds become available, the remaining
<br /> park and recreational uses will be provided.
