I do have an interest in this transaction closing because <br /> 1 wili receive a commission on the sale of the property' <br /> However , if this property was not sold to the Town of Middleton , <br /> I am sure tnat we would sell the property quickly to someone <br /> else. <br /> There are approximately 42 acres just south of the land which <br /> the Town is buoying that remains to be sold on the Lokken Farm' I <br /> have had many calls on this property and it appears tnat people <br /> are not deterred +rom the site because of the Town Hall , baseball <br /> diamonds, and park being located adjacent . Most people that I <br /> have talked to feel that this enhances the value of the land that <br /> I have for sale adjacent to the proposed Town Hall and park site' <br /> it is my opinion that there is definitely no devaluation to the <br /> land because of the proposed Town Hall , ball diamonds , and park; <br /> but , the land value may even be enhanced because of these <br />
