. <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4544 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4544: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 1; thence along the <br /> South line of said Section 1, S 89° 20' 49" East, 835.49 feet; thence N 01° <br /> 17' 28" East, 82.16 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Elvehjem Road, <br /> to the point of beginning of this description; thence N 01° 17' 28" East,a <br /> distance of 563.92 feet; thence S 89° 25' 03" East, a distance of 301.03 feet; <br /> thence S 01° 17' 28" West a distance of 543.92 feet; thence along said <br /> Northerly right-of-way line of Elvehjem Road, S 88° 40' 52" West, a distance <br /> of 40.00 feet; S 01° 17' 28" West, a distance of 10.00 feet; S 88° 40' 52" <br /> West, a distance of 261.32 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
