Agriculture, R-1A Residential District to the RH-1 Rural Homes • District. Pet. #4544: Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Dunn described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 1; thence along the South line of said Section 1, S 89° 20' 49" East, 835.49 feet; thence N 01° 17' 28" East, 82.16 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Elvehjem Road, to the point of beginning of this description; thence N 01° 17' 28" East,a distance of 563.92 feet; thence S 89° 25' 03" East, a distance of 301.03 feet; thence S 010 17' 28" West a distance of 543.92 feet; thence along said Northerly right-of-way line of Elvehjem Road, S 88° 40' 52" West, a distance of 40.00 feet; S 01° 17' 28" West, a distance of 10.00 feet; S 88° 40' 52" West, a distance of 261.32 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
