Fleck, <br /> This letter has been prepared for the Dane County Zoning Committee <br /> to reiterate the Town of Deerfield's position that the township <br /> is in agreement with the basic proposal of the development plans <br /> for the Einar Olson property in the Town of Deerfield. The town <br /> board is also in agreement with the zoning proposals being estab- <br /> lished on the parcel except for the proposed C-1 Commercial to be <br /> changed to A-2 Agricultural for the time being. The proposed • <br /> residential zoning changes would remain intact. xcept for this one <br /> zoning change the town board has no other special concerns with <br /> the de--elonraent plans of this particular parcel.
