It <br /> is very clear that our growth will be to the west side of the Village. <br /> Due to this potential growth, it will be very desirable to have a <br /> road access from the Village that would extend west to Jensen Lane which <br /> would connect with Highway 12 & 18. <br /> We would appreciate your favorable action regarding the Town of <br /> Deerfield's Land Use Plan and the re-zoning of Einar Olson's property. <br /> It is very important that this action be taken as soon as possible since <br /> the farm is in foreclosure. <br /> Again, I will state that this is an important access point to the <br /> Village, as well as to the Town of Deerfield.
