In the event that <br /> the developer fails to live up to the agreement and provide ade- <br /> quate access for emergency vehicles, then the developer and the <br /> landowners are required to improve Hanson' s Landing (in the new <br /> location) . Contemporaneous with the vacation, there will be a <br /> dedication of the new road bed to the Town for this purpose.
