Dunn and Lake Community. <br /> A review of the factors set forth <br /> in the first section of 59 . 97 , Wisconsin Statutes , makes <br /> it absolutely clear from any objective standpoint that R-3 <br /> Zoning is appropriate for the property in question. <br /> This is consistent with the public health, safety <br /> and general welfare ; is consistent with planned and orderly <br /> land use development ; it will protect property values and <br /> the property tax base ; it will permit the careful planning <br /> and efficient maintenance of highway systems ; etc . etc . etc . <br /> The Petitioner extends grateful acknowledgement <br /> to those in a position of authority who have the oppor- <br /> tunity to consider his request,; and expresses confidence <br /> in advance that the wise and correct decision will be <br /> made.
