RE: Scheduling of Committee Hearing on Robert A. Knickmeier Zoning Petition, No. 4596 Dear Mr. Fleck: Pursuant to our recent telephone converstaion regarding the above matter, we would anticipate the possibility of making a lengthy presentation, having as many as 100 people in attend- ance, and would expect at least a dozen will want to speak. To facilitate matters , and out of concern for you and the members of the Agriculture, Environment and Land Records Com- mittee, we have agreed to the following procedure. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 10, 1989 , at 7 : 30 p.m. , in Court Room "2E" on Second Floor, in the City- County Building. To minimize the interference with other matters , of which there are some 27 or more, we have agreed to move this Petitioner' s case tot�last)Ion the calendar. As an agreed arrival time, we have determined that 8 : 30 p.m. is appropriate; and it is that time I am giving out to the interested persons . In accord with that, you should under- stand that we may not be there by 7 : 30, and are doing this as an accommodation to you and the committee members , and those persons who have other petitions to come before the Committee. Thank you for your cooperation in regard to this matter. I look forward to seeing you and the Committee for an orderly hearing, on October 10, 1989 .
