Bartlett/Marthinsen Splits <br /> June 24,2003 <br /> Page 4 <br /> These counts have to be reduced by any further activity that may have occurred on the parcels <br /> since 1998,as follows: <br /> 2000 Bartlett sells 41 acres to Shields,one building parcel. This reduces his acreage to about <br /> 118 acres and the remaining building parcels available to Bartlett to 4. <br /> 2003 Bartlett has a potential buyer for 2.5 acres. This sale,if completed as proposed,would <br /> reduce his acreage to about 116 acres and his available building parcels to 3. <br /> The Town would prefer that two of those three remaining parcels be small(2 acres)and the other <br /> be the remainder of the 114 acres,but that does not need to be addressed now. <br /> If this allocation of building parcels is acceptable to Tom Bartlett,Bonnie Marthinsen and the <br /> Marthinsen Trust,no action is required. If a different agreement on the allocation of splits has <br /> been worked out by the parties or if any party wishes to object to this allocation,they should do <br /> so by replying in writing to Dawn George,Town Clerk,before the next Planning Commission <br /> meeting(August 4,2003).
