• <br /> • <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4646 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> R-1A Residential & CO-1 Conservancy District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4646: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Christiana described as <br /> follows: TO R-1A: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; <br /> thence East along the North line of said 1/4 1/4, 1010 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence S 21° East, 350 feet; thence S 51° East, 220 feet to the East <br /> line of the W 1/2 of the aforesaid SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North along said East <br /> line, 290 feet to the centerline of Evergreen Drive; thence Northwesterly along <br /> said centerline, 360 feet to the point of beginning. TO CO-1: Commencing at <br /> the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence East along the North line of <br /> said 1/4 1/4, 1010 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East along <br /> said North line, 310 feet to the Northeast corner of the W 1/2 of said SW 1/4 <br /> NE 1/4; thence South along said East line, 170 feet to the center of Evergreen <br /> Drive; thence Northwesterly along said centerline, 360 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
