PETITION NO. ,24.:',.//4 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petition; the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 5 , Town of Christiana , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1A Residential & CO-1 ConservancyDistrict. <br /> Pet. #4646: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Christiana described as <br /> follows: TO R-1A: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; <br /> thence East along the North line of said 1/4 1/4, 1010 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence S 21° East, 350 feet; thence S 51° East, 220 feet to the East <br /> line of the W 1/2 of the aforesaid SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North along said East <br /> line, 290 feet to the centerline of Evergreen Drive; thence Northwesterly along <br /> said centerline, 360 feet to the point of beginning.
