- RESTRICTIONS - <br /> is/are <br /> 1. WHEREAS, <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Westport described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 22; thence N 01° <br /> 38' 21" East, 786.32 feet; thence N 38° 54' 52" West, 74.75 feet; thence N 66° <br /> 57' 52" West along the established Yahara River bulkhead line, 65.92 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence continuing N 66° 57' 52" West along said <br /> bulkhead line, 363.48 feet to a point on a curve; thence Northwesterly on a <br /> curve to the left which has a radius of 363.10 feet and a chord which bears N <br /> 11° 14' 25" West, 253.61 feet to a point of compound curve; <br /> thence <br /> Northwesterly on a curve to the left which has a radius of 1040.00 feet and a <br /> chord which bears N 33° 44' 53" West, 75.06 feet; thence N 88° 18' 08" East, <br /> 58.23 feet; thence S 38° 54' 52" East, 584.92 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> • <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> • <br /> a) . Use of the property shall be limited to: <br /> 1. Parking of vehicles and boat trailers for the public who <br /> utilize the adjacent boat-slips. <br /> • <br /> 2. ' Signs, limited to a maximum of 32 square feet each. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, <br /> heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- <br /> graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> - 1 - <br />
