W. Railroad Westerly right-of-way line. <br /> The tax parcel number appearing on the map received from your office is#447.3 and is part of <br /> the ownership of the lands south of the river east of Westport Road. It is also part of the <br /> ownership of the land north of the river west of Westport Road. Since each of the various parcel <br /> has a differing tax number,your verification of the correct tax number may be required. <br /> The size of the described property to be rezoned is 51 ,552 square feet,which includes 33 feet of <br /> Westport Road. Without Westport road the area is approximately 38,600 square feet. <br /> The use to be made of the property is initially accessory(seasonal)parking for docks to be <br /> located on the common owned land on the opposite side of Westport Road,which parking use you <br /> have interpreted as requiring a C-1 zoning classification unless docks were constructed now on <br /> this property. Ultimately the property may have a directory and/or advertising sign for the <br /> owner's restaurants as well as other water-front related uses.
