The final grade <br /> around the quarry bottom will be approximately 1000 feet . The <br /> CUP area will be cleared of all debris and left in a workmanlike <br /> condition. Compliance with all applicable municipal, state and <br /> federal laws and regulations related to reclamation procedures is <br /> required. <br /> TRUCKING: It is required that all trucks hauling limestone, <br /> sandstone, sand or gravel from the CUP area, when exiting north <br /> from the CUP area or coming from the north to the CUP area, to <br /> use the truck route described as Reiner Road to Nelson Road to <br /> Highway 151, and when exiting south from the CUP area or coming <br /> from the south to the CUP area, to use only the truck route <br /> described as Reiner Road to County Highway T, subject to the <br /> continued availability of such routes and no unreasonable expense <br /> and requirements. <br /> Trucking of limestone, sandstone, sand or gravel will be <br /> restricted to Monday through Saturday. Except for trucking <br /> agricultural lime, no trucking after 9:00 p.m. Except for <br /> trucking agricultural lime, no trucking allowed on Sunday. <br /> EXCAVATION: The CUP area will not be excavated to a depth which <br /> is less than twenty (20) feet above the grade of the adjoining <br /> grandfathered quarry measured from the low excavation mark of the <br /> adjoining grandfathered quarry as constituted as of the date of <br /> the Agreement dated Inman( Z3 , 1990 by and between Burke and the <br /> applicant relating to the CUP area. <br /> ENFORCEMENT: Any written agreement entered into by and between <br /> the applicant and Burke relating to the CUP area is made <br /> applicable to CUP 788; and any default of such agreement shall be <br /> sufficient grounds for revocation of CUP 788. <br /> • <br /> 9050exhB <br /> 3 t �f' <br />
